These are properties (zoned residential, commercial, industrial or rural) that are listed for a specific, pre-determined period of time. These sales are governed by the Municipal Act, 2001 and the Municipal Tax Sale Rules made under that Act. The successful purchaser will be required to pay the amount tendered plus accumulated taxes and the relevant land transfer tax and the goods and services tax.

All information contained in this database is as accurate as possible. However, property issues are handled by multiple departments within the Corporation, so information changes quickly and may not always be reflected here.
